To begin designing your custom gear, simply add the products you desire to your cart and proceed to the checkout. In the cart visualization, you'll find an option below the product list labeled 'Add Design Notes.' Here, you can share your ideas, preferred colors, and desired styles with us. After placing your order, one of our designers will reach out to you with a few initial concepts based on your comments. You'll then collaborate via email to refine and adjust the design until you love it!

It's important to note that our lead time for production begins once the design is approved.

As a baseline, we offer a 15% discount off our website prices, with potential discounts of up to 55% based on specific criteria.

Starting in the second year of producing your team's gear with us, you gain access to a range of exclusive benefits. These include bundled products with special discounts, access to stock of your team gear, reduced shipping costs, partner discounts, samples for you to try, and more! Certain conditions apply to enjoy these benefits fully.

At Innerforce, we take pride in offering custom gear with no minimums. However, for team orders, we kindly request a minimum of 3 interested athletes to place consolidated orders, or 5 athletes to open a team store. Once this threshold is met, you'll have the flexibility to order any quantity of products without minimum requirements on product units.

A consolidated order is when you combine all the units and products your team needs into a single order. You pay for the entire order, and we ship it to you in bulk for distribution among your athletes. By knowing the exact quantities upfront, we're able to offer discounts of up to 55% based on the quantities per unit. If your team is well-organized, this method allows you to access lower prices and streamline the ordering process effectively.

A team store provides you with the flexibility to share a link with your team members so they can place individual orders and pay for their gear. We'll create a dedicated store within our website featuring the full collection of products we've designed for your team. The store window will remain open for two weeks, during which your team members can place their orders. Once the window closes, we'll gather all the orders and proceed with production.

Reordering with us is simple. Just reach out to your sales manager or designer to discuss the type of order you'd like to place. Once we've agreed on the details, you can proceed to place your reorder with no minimum requirements.

The selection of the size of our products is tailored to your individual taste and the fit we define for each item. We recommend taking your measurements (chest, waist, hips, and height), consulting our size chart, and determining which Innerforce size best matches your body. If you require assistance, our team is always available to help. Additionally, we have a vast database of current clients, and we can provide you with more information and photos to help you visualize how the products may look on you.

We offer several payment options to accommodate your preferences, including credit card, PayPal, and wire transfer. Additionally, we provide flexible payment plans: you can opt for a 6-month installment plan with no interest, or a 12-month installment plan with a small interest fee. These options aim to make your order more affordable and allow you to spread out your payments.

Our lead time for team orders, once all orders are paid, is typically 8-10 weeks. It's essential to discuss the required delivery date with your sales manager before placing an order to ensure we can meet your deadline.

You can see the status of our order by creating a profile in our website in the section "orders". Either way, during the weeks we're production your gear, we'll send you different emails with updates and information about your order. Please make sure to see you spam folder and accept to receive emails from us and our website. Needs more information? You designer is always avaliable to answer any question!

Once your order leaves our factory to our warehouse you'll receive an email to confirm your shipping information. Make sure to reply it in case you need to change your shipping adrress so as soon as we get your order in our warehouse, we can ship it. Once it happens, you'll receive your tracking number by email to follow it.

Our sales are considered final. Once purchased, our items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we have meticulously designed a comprehensive warranty program that covers you in various situations. You can review the complete policy here.
